Hi my daughter phone has just got white screen of death but we can get to the download screen but not reboot or factory reset.
I have some pc knowledge but never played with phone o;s before.
l am willing to try and know the consequences so what Odin would l need for Aus, l do not know the I:M no/ for the phone or the firmware version as its basically dead.
