    We just purchased 2 new Galaxy S5's (unlocked Verizon) and neither will hook up to mobile internet. We have put our verizon sim cards into the new phones, but neither show Verizon wireless as an option. In fact no options are displayed. No phone calls can be made either, unless connected to Wifi. What is wrong? Can the phones be fixed?

    I'm pretty sure you need to call Verizon and have them activate the phones for you. You can probably also activate your phones by logging into your Verizon account.
