[AC Question]

So I was wondering, I recently got a used S5 for a work phone and I've noticed the keyboard is burned into the amoled screen. Is there anything I can do to restore the screen back to normal?

It's a known problem with amoled screens. Look into having the screen replaced, night be easy enough to do it yourself.
