How do I hide apps on my moto e second generation

I wanna be able to hide videos and pictures that only I can find and hide apps I was told there was a way. Also my friend said they have a second internal storage on their moto e how do I get into mine?

Welcome to Android Central! Use an app like AppLock. Not all phones come with a native way to hide or lock apps and files.

The "second internal storage" your friend was talking about is probably a microSD card. You can insert a microSD card into the phone's card slot in order to expand its media storage capability--but be aware that this doesn't do much for the phone's capacity for installed apps. That's limited by the Internal Storage.
