I am a dog walker and use S Health for the pedometer. However, I woke up one morning to find that S Health thought I had been walking for 6 hours. I realized my phone had been touching my white noise machine all night and apparently counted the vibration as steps. Needless to say that single day has messed up the totals, charts, etc.

Is it possible to delete a single day of steps counted, and if so, how?

I have the same question. I had my phone clipped to my belt while travelling on a bumpy road trip and it counted the bumps as steps. Messed up my stats. Doesn't appear to be a way to remove the data for that day.
