Skip function via bluetooth on steering feel not functioning.

My Samsung A3 connected well via bluetooth untill running some updates. The skip function on the steering wheel (Nissan connect) does not work any more although it skips if I control it via the phone. Have unpaired and repaired the device, restarted the device. No joy.
