    Have a HTC one phone and had to buy a memory card as out of space yet phone doesn't seem to recognise card and I still have to delete photos and also can't download apps which is infuriating . Also some apps won't work as have not enough space any help any one

    1. Put the card into a card reader, then plug it into a computer. Does the computer recognize the card? If not, the card is probably bad.

    2. If it does, right-click the card and choose Format. Format it as FAT32 if it's up to 32GB - if it's larger, format it as exFAT.

    When it's done, safely remove the card (the Safely Remove icon in the tray by the clock if you're running Windows on the computer) and put the card back into the phone. (Taking the card out and putting it back in should be done with the phone off.) The phone should now recognize the card.
