Turned sons tablet on last night, said it needed updated, it downloaded the update, and then when it went in to install, it never came out. Continues to be blank screen, will flash on and off.
Have tried the power button with volume up, screen will come up that gives the options of rebooting in repair, fast or normal mode. Have tried all three, none worked.
Have connected it to computer, not recognized, or charging.
Please help! Son will be super disappointed if his tablet is broken.
