zte zmax bootloop

I have a zte zmax, and i beleive my phone has a bootloop. I tried everything to get it to turn on. Everyone says to take the battery out, but the battery doesnt come out. What do i do???

Do you see the logo repeating endlessly when the device is turned on? If so, then yes, that's a bootloop. Try long pressing the power button to get it to turn off. Turn it back on and see if that works. Otherwise, you'll need to factory reset through recovery.
