How do I copy files from PC to totally clean Samsung Galaxy Tab P7500

I have a rooted old Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 GT-P7500. I wanted to wipe it entirely and made some mistake so it is now absolutely clean - no files. The tab does not boot into Android (only the Samsung logo appears an then it is stuck). I can boot it into Odin download mode and Odin gets in contact with it and I can flash it with a new recovery and boot it into recovery. But from there I don't get on and need help.

I have the new ROM zip file and the Gapps zipfile on my PC, but I just can't figure out how to copy them to the tab to be able to make the installation... Odin does not recognise zip files, and the PC does not recognise the tab as a USB mass storage device....

Can anyone advice me on how to transfer the files to the tab?

I finally managed to solve the problem when I found a stock ROM in tar.md5 format that could be installed using Odin. Now I have my tab up and working again!
