Phone not charging.. USB Host Related??

[AC Question]

So my phone says the USB Host charger thing, wouldn't let me charge my phone, then it died. I plugged it in, cleaned the USB charger port, tried other chargers, yet when I plug it in, it says it is charging (won't boot on though, assuming not enough power) says 1% is charging, goes back to 0% after a bit.. Then back up to 1%.. then down again. Never more than 1%. Not sure what is going on??
