Samsung S4 switch from 4 lte to wireless

Both show up on phone, other phone how's one or the other.

You can go to Settings, Wireless & Networks, and turn on or off Mobile Data and/or Wifi there. Also, try pulling down from the top of your screen....you may find shortcuts for doing the same things without having to go into Settings.
