Galaxy S3 from AT&T cannot receive calls or dial calls. Texting is fine.

I've had the phone for almost 3 years and this has never happened before. I've done basic troubleshooting like turning it off then on again, taken out the battery, sim, and SD card and put them back. I don't know what else I can do, I've tried figuring out how to reset the network stuff but I don't want to mess up my phone more.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you spoken to AT&T? They might want to try a new SIM.
