My yahoo contacts do not sync with my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge

It looks like "Yahoo Smart Contacts" coming with "Yahoo Mail App" is not working.
I go to the yahoo help website and they say that "Yanoo Smart Contacts" has settings to be edited but I cannot find a way to access those settings ...

Could anybody help me?

I have the same problem. I have a Sony xperia z3v with Android 4.4.4. After a Yahoo Mail App update, from the Account settings for Yahoo, the "Sync Contacts" option went away. To update contacts on my phone, I had to import them all to Gmail and sync them there. Now I am updating contacts on Gmail and Yahoo so that they will stay synced on my phone. Anyone have any suggestions? What happened?
