my samsung galaxy s6 failed after hard factory reset.

AC Question

i got my new s6 phone just for 3 weeks.
days ago i installed the APP GPS Scout and then
i got frozen and auto shut down and restart continuous.
so i decided to do a hard factory reset,
everything is fine there, finished wipe cache, wipe data/factory reset.
but i can't get the phone back to work
after the phone reboot.
it keep stucking at the samsung log on screen or samsung flash screen.
few times i got into the phone app screen and worked for some mins,
then it crashed again.
and just before its working again then i installed wechat app,
then it frozen again,i had to use power+volume down for restart the phone.
anyone have idea what's problem and how to resolve it?
thanks

Typically a factory reset will do the trick restoring everything back to day 0. It could be something actually wrong with the device itself and if its only a few weeks old I would take it back to the carrier and not accept their its past the return window of 14 days. The phone isn't 6 months old, its 3 weeks so you should get a new unit not a refurbished one, IMO.
