    Hello everyone,

I have a T-705 that recently started behaving strangely. When I connect it to the power, it either gives me the "insufficient charge" symbol on the battery in the top bar, or does nothing at all. However, if I leave it plugged, the battery % will increase very slowly. When I connect it to USB, the PC doesn't recognize it.

I suspect there's something wrong with the USB plug, but a guy from a tech shop says that, since the tablet charges, it should be a software rather than a hardware problem.

The warranty is shot, since it's been rooted. So, before spending 50/60€, I'd like to know if it resetting it could fix the issue.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried different USB cables and/or charging plugs? When it's plugged into a wall outlet, does it say "Charging (AC)" or "Charging (USB)" in the Settings>Battery menu?
