I am Traveling to the UAE in a month and I need to know if my Galaxy S6 will charge with the charger I got with my phone in the UAE (they use UK outlets)?? I know the US has 110V outlets but the UAE has 220V. I know i need an adapter, but will I need a power converter?

Check the "Input" line on the charger. It's probably 90-230 Volts, or something in that range, so as long as you have a plug adapter, you're fine. (Switching supplies - which phone chargers are - can be designed to take a VERY wide range of input voltages, and it's to the manufacturer's advantage to have the same insides on all its chargers [only 1 electronics package to keep in stock].)
