Notifications not working right?

[AC Question]

Had to do a factory reset on my phone because no one could hear me then found out it was my SIM card. After the reset my notifications are going off ever 2 mins. I went in and turned off all the notifications and they still go off. Also i cannot get them to show up on my lock screen even tho i have show content selected.

I would say do another factory reset since you just did one and you won't be losing much. Maybe something got jumbled on the last reset.
