Sorry, seems I can't answer to your response in OP:

Mail accounts are all removed, no mail remaining, I don't BELIEVE there are any passwords in cache for those suggested emails at new accounts setup screen.

I just don't want even that clue to go back.

Client may get final pay docked for software if I do a factory reset.

Not sure what else you can do if you can't do a factory reset.
If the phone is going back to corporate, you should be ok that they would not do anything to retrieve anything.
