After upgrading to Lollipop, my Download Manager doesn't work

I have a LG G2. I upgraded to Lollipop and then my Google Play services sent notification to update. It tried to update for 2 days, but nothing gets downloaded. Time for download completion cannot be calculated. I can't use some of my apps because they need an update which never starts to download. How can I fix that?

Welcome to Android Central! Try going to Settings>Apps>All​, select Download Manager, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
