Wireless and Bluetooth button won't turn on

Neither will turn on, I put it in safe mode and it works there.. Deleted a bunch of apps, all butthe ones I have had on my phone forever.. Still no avail in fixing the problem. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? You may have to try a factory reset, and after finishing the Setup Wizard, go immediately to the Play Store and stop any app from automatically installing. Does it work now?
