If you're battery is getting low and you want to conserve energy as much as possible, and you have a choice of using data either on your 3g/4g network or connecting to a WiFi network, what should you do?

Based off of what I've seen cellular gives a better battery life as long as WiFi is off for some reason I get about an hour to three hours more on cellular also some times a connection Will be lost with WiFi so it searching tends to drain it which I noticed on my iPhone but on I now have a droid turbo and cellular is still the way to go when it comes to battery life
