Skvi occupies my entire screen but I cannot seem to kill it

Skyvi in on my entire Samsung Notebook and won't respond...-- it doesn't respond to a tap or double tap

Welcome to Android Central! Did you install it from Google Play Store, or from some other source? It might not be compatible with the device. Is the entire tablet frozen, or just the app?
