Welcome to Android Central! Why did someone else lock your phone? If it was a prank, that person needs to compensate you for the inconvenience, and possibly the lost data. If the phone doesn't prompt you to enter your Google credentials after failing the unlock pattern several times, then you may have to do a factory hardware reset: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11920. Be aware that Google now requires you to reenter the previously associated Google account's credentials after the factory reset is finished, as an additional antitheft measure. But that shouldn't be a problem for you, since it's your phone, right? Unfortunately, any data on the phone will have been wiped, though.
