My phone shows I have a voicemail, but I don't

I have a galaxy s4 through strait talk. I received a voicemail today and deleted it after I listened to it. My phone still shows I have a voicemail, but I don't. I restarted my phone and it is still there. I googled the issue and everything I found says stop notifications under the voicemail app. I don't have an app that says voicemail. Can anyone please help me?

It is probably an issue with the carriers voicemail system. It should clear up on its own eventually.
