I'm trying to swap from GS6E to iPhone 6 but

the move to iOS software requires both phones, can anyone tell me how to at least back up my contacts and calendar please? I've backed up my photos to dropbox to be safe, but can anyone help me with backing up contacts and Calendar, as I can't afford to lose them. Thanks in advance T
