Tried syncibg with fitbit and s health. S health spins forever password. Fitbit doesn't respond either is it the phone.
Welcome to Android Central! Which Alcatel phone? In the Google Play app page for S Health, they note that it won't necessarily be compatible with non-Samsung devices. Did you install from Google Play, or from elsewhere?
