Might sound silly, but have you checked all settings to make sure mobile data is enabled on your device?

Have you tried to reseat the SIM card within your device? Has your service provider offered to try a new SIM?

My mobile data is active and has been since i got the sim..
I just tried the other options u suggested and still nothing
And no my network provider did not sugest a new sim..
Btw this sim is only a week old.. and i kept my old number but surely that cant be the problem cause this is the third new sim iv gotten with the same number (prone to losing phones lol) and the other sims worked fine.
