Does my s5 have a virus?

pop ups keep coming up on chrome saying I was infected with a virus. I have installed anti virus, adware, malware protection and all come back clean no threats. the pop ups keep coming and no clue what to do. I have factory reset my phone and still same problem.

Welcome to Android Central! Does it only happen when you're using the Chrome browser? What if you use a different browser?

Try going to the App Manager, select Chrome, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. On your Chrome on the desktop, clear the entire browsing history (from the beginning of time), including cookies. Now see if the popups persist.
