Almost anything - a pinched cable, a loose cable, a bad "new" screen, something broken when you had the phone open. If you know enough to be replacing screens, you know enough to troubleshoot the problem. If you don't, may be you should have paid a shop to replace it - because now you're going to have to pay one to fix it (if you can find one that will work on it after you had it open - in my shops, that was forbidden. Anyone taking in a phone like that got fired.).
