Emails sent from samsung phone and tablets appear unreadable

Some recent emails sent from my galaxy phone and tablet are unreadable when reaching recipient inbox.Does anybody know why and how to fix it please?

When you state "unreadable", what do you mean? What do they see or not see?

I have a galaxy s7 and I'm emailing with 10 people. Two have i-phones, when they receive an email from me it appears garbled with random #'s and letters. The original text is not there, neither are the attachments. How can we fix this? The other people have no issues.

Is encryption and certificates on? If so that might be the problem.
