Recovering system files, DOOGEE x5pro

[AC Question]

I think i pretty much messed up my phone. After I rooted my phone a tried to delete some not usefull apps there were in my phone by default. After I deleted about 3 apps everything was fine except i had some random messages that Google play stopped working. I thought hard reset would fix it, but I was scared to factory reset rooted phone so I unrooted it and factory reseted phone. Now I cant go into google play, says same message as before but wont even start. Cant go into update phone, will crash. And some other things. I want to ask, is here any way to recover system files without having root ? Thanks for your answers.
