Setup wizard has unfortunately stopped in Lenovo smartphone

I have a Lenovo a 369i phone which I have rooted few weeks before by kingroot app. But yesterday when I was deleting some system application unfortunately I have deleted the jelly bean system UI and after that my phone went off automatically. When I turned it on a Google location page is came and the date and time page and after that a massage popped up saying ' Unfortunately, setup Wizard has stopped.' I am very upset and don't know what to do. I need my phone back to its primary state. Can anyone help me? Please?
