    Welcome to Android Central!

Emails won't be using any of your phones memory. They are stored on the email clients server.

Text messages do "use" your phones storage but it's so little you won't notice. But to delete any unwanted text threads, long press conversation, select all threads you want to delete, and hit delete/trash can icon.

App cache can be cleared by going to setting > system > storage > app cache
