I posted already about 2 days ago but I've not received any help so trying again can anyone tell me what's going on with my damn phone, there's so much can't explain here but upon contact could go into further details and provide bug reports and pics of what I'm asking about but the things shown below I've not performed and I've got a suspicion what's going on but I don't have the knowledge to do what has to be done to fix it please helpppppppppp!!!
