My tab s will not bring up the sign on page in motels or in airports

I had the same problem with my I pad but now that works fine but the Samsung just recently stopped bringing up the sign on page. It recognizes the Wi-Fi network and connects but will not let you sign on. It identifies the network as un locked when in fact you have to sign on. Can you help me?

Welcome to Android Central! What happens if you open the browser and try to go to any site? It doesn't bring up the login page then?

If not, then go to the App Manager, and look for an app called CaptivePortalLogin. Make sure it isn't Disabled. Also, try clearing the cache for the app.
