I am told I have to wait 72 hours for Google to unlock my note 5

[AC Question]

I have a fingerprint screen unlock. Note 5 all of a sudden didn't recognize my fingerprint. Had to enter back up password, which unfortunately it also didn't recognize. Then my phone reset, and is locked. I went to Sprint, they said there is nothing they could do, it is a Google security lock, and I have to wait 72 hours for Google to unlock, or buy a brand new phone. I just bought this one 2 months ago, so not up for that.
Anyway around the Google lockdown, and reset?
