Llg cell phone model number lgms659 starts and immediately keeps restarting,and wont stop!

I turned it on, and it juyst keeps restarting. I took out battery for a few, and then put it bavk and same thing.

You will probably have to try a factory reset through Recovery and see if that helps. Do a quick Google Search with the model number of your device and Recovery mode and you'll find a few how-to videos to assist with getting you into recovery. See if that is possible. If not, then there may be something else wrong with the device and it'll probably need to be sent back to LG for repair.
