I can't figure out how to video call with google hangouts on my new Samsung Galaxy 6. Please Help!

Need step by step guide to getting Hangouts video calling to work on my Samsung galaxy 6

Assuming the person you are calling also has the Hangouts app:

On your Android device, open the Hangouts app .
At the bottom right, touch the compose icon .
Choose the Hangout type: Video call
Touch New video call.
For each person in your video call, type their name and select them from the search results.
Touch the video call icon .
