My cellfones doesn't turn on n the screen shows the battery is 100%

I've tried pressing the power button for 5 seconds and still get nothing

Do you mean that the charging screen shows the battery charge level?

Try pressing Power for a minute or so.

If you had mentioned the type of phone, other things could have been suggested, but start with that.
