I got a Samsung Galaxy S4 not too long ago, and it dies extremely fast. Theres absolutely nothing wrong with it and I didnt even download any apps yet. No pictures are stored on it, and everything is fresh. But the thing is, if its fully charged it dies. When I take it off charge, I only have like 5 minutes to use it and then its dead. It drains too quickly. Even if its at like 60 percent, it will still die. The only way I can use it for more than 5 minutes is if its on charge while im using it. Help!! Thank you.

Hi, welcome to the forums! You should try replacing the battery for a new one. It looks like a battery problem.

    Welcome!

Definitely sounds like a battery problem. I'd do another hard reset to see if that helps. If not, eBay or Amazon is probably your best bet for a new battery, can get them for around $10.

    Good luck!
