Hello. I got my Lg magna about two months ago and ever since i had problems with it. Phone is constantly rebooting, sometimes it freezes when apps are running and then restarts itself, and sometimes when it's running nothing at all. Apps are also crashing constantly and cannot install or update them sometimes (error 504). I tried everything i found related to this problem: changed google account, did a factory restart few times, cleared phone cache, phone was on service twice and problem still persists. Only one time problem didn't occurred. I made a new google account and until pre installed apps didn't show up in google store everything was normal.
Please help me. I've been unable to use my brand new phone and people from service just told me "we did everything we knew and we really don't know what's causing the problem". I'm desperate.
