Why won't my Centura work any more?!?

[AC Question]

My phone was a hand-me-down gift from a friend. I LOVE this phone. But one day it just automatically deleted all of my pictures out of nowhere.
I thought resetting would fix it... but now all it does is give me the "Blue Screen of Death". It won't go past the Tracphone bluescreen no matter how many times I try to turn on or reset it, and every time I give up I have to remove the battery to turn it off.

Alas, a remote diagnosis is hardly possible. If you want to try to get it working again, it may be best to take it to a repairer, but if it's an old device, don't expect too much.
