Kies won't work on a rooted phone. You have a chance of recovering your device if you can flash the correct ROM using Odin. You will need to place your device in download mode to do this and NEVER disconnect your device when halfway through anything.

If you can't get it into download mode you have bricked the device. Take it to a repair shop, perhaps a jtag will help get you back up and running. Please remember never interrupt any actions being carried out on the phone and to check and double check before doing anything.

Here's an explanation but as you will see from the cost you need to find a repair shop that will have such a device hardware - What is JTAG in regards to Android? - Android Enthusiasts Stack Exchange
Hope that helps, sorry I missed your earlier post.

No, it is not a part of the phone. It is a device costing a lot of money that will allow a bricked phone to be repaired. A lot of mobile repair shops have these so that would be your best option. It's certainly not worth buying one as it would be more expensive than the phone

I would recommend you take it to a shop that has a jtag and let them repair it for you.
