    Hey there
Put simply, I would like to use my PS3 controller wirelessly with my Desktop. To do this, the controller needs to be connected over Bluetooth. Sadly, I do not have a Bluetooth receiver for my Desktop. I'm hoping I can compromise and use my Android device as a Bluetooth receiver, plugged into my PC via USB.

So the setup would be like this:

Controller -> Bluetooth -> Android -> USB Cable -> Desktop

I already have the DS3/MotionJoy program and the drivers for my Android device installed on my Desktop. I believe I have an appropriate cable, as I was able to use my phone as a webcam over the cable.

What steps would I need to go through and what programs would I need on both ends to get my Android device to essentially be a Bluetooth receiver?

I don't believe that what you are asking is possible.
