I've tried turning the phone off, taking the battery and Sim out, holding power, volume up, and home key button down to reboot and no luck. When the phone resets and starts back up a picture of an unlocked pad lock shows with the word "custom" underneath it. It used to not do that. It doesn't read sim, allow me to make or receive calls, or texts. From searching on the net I may have pressed power and volumes keys to long and "root it"(whatever that means), while carrying it in my hand along with other stuff. Please help.

I believe that is do not disturb mode. You can disable that in the settings
