what is a lock symbol with exclamation mark on notification bar

in sony xperia e dual mobile im using a app called TimePIN to change my passcode for every minute.. sdnly app stopped working and showing tht lock symbol on the lock screen notification bar! now im not able to access my mobile.. my currect passcode is showing wrong password!!! plz help me

I'm not familiar with the TIME TimePIN app or any third-party locking apps but you may try Android Device Manager.

Does it ask for an alternative login/unlock option if you fail at the password too many times?
