Blu Studio C5+5

[AC Question]

I have the Blu Studio C5+5 and it won't boot up properly. When I boot it up with SD card mounted it won't start right, it'll show me the home screen blank and then seconds later the screen will be black with only the back button showing. All I can do is scroll the notification bar down. I tried to click on anything in the notification panel and still nothing. But, when I remove the SD card phone works right. So, with the SD card in can't do anything at all. Black screen with notification bar showing. What do I do?

Seems like a defect in the software. I would try a factory data reset.
