Why doesn't my heart rate monitor not take a selfie?

When I use it for the Samsung health app to take my heart rate it works but when I turn the camera on it doesn't snap a picture when it's suppose to.

I am able to use the heart rate sensor to selfie, but after clear view case is used, the heart rate sensor selfie will not work. I am wondering why.

If you are using the 3rd party case, then the heart rate sensor for selfie is working fine.


Anyone has any idea why it happened?
