My Samsung Galaxy S5 went into the 'emergency calls only' nonsense and my phone asks me for my password. I created a password as my back up months ago, but have never needed to use it as the primary security for my phone is my finger print. So now I'm lost. I've tried possibly every password I can think of and nothing has worked. I even restarted my phone and then had to take out the battery. Still nothing has worked. Some back up plan huh? Please help, if you can?

    Hi and welcome to AndroidCentral.

Are you able to access your account using Android Device Manager on your desktop PC?

If not, you may take your device to you carrier's store where they will be able to assist you.
